Had my embryo transfer 5days ago and have been on cyclogest for about a week now. I feel so uncomfortable, heavily bloated, slight vaginal irritation, period-like pains in my abdomen. Any one else feeling dis way?

Yes! I had a FET on 21st March and felt the same - cramping, sore, bloated etc.

I get nausea from cyclogest too.

Yes I am approx 6 weeks pregnant, I think I have to take cyclogest for a few more weeks, but I'm on progynova as well (2 pills twice a day).. I'll be glad to stop cyclogest as its such a faff!

When is your test day?

OP I think some of those symptoms are maybe not directly related to the Cyclogest TBH but possibly your body adjusting after stims. If you're getting vaginal irritation then use the back door? Much less messy. And won't irritate the cervix either. But then maybe I was just lucky, other than constipation for the first few weeks I've not had any side effects from Cyclogest.

Ah, sorry OP. Hmm, that's a weird one then, I'd ring your clinic if I were you, just to see what they think.

Am also on it and am 6 wks pregnant. Have felt v bloated but more worryingly I got some dark brown spotting on friday, freaked out and called my clinic. They said it can irritate the cervix and cause bleeding and spotting. A few people on mn have also said the same. I think it may do that even if you use the back entrance as it's the presence of the hormones in your system that irritate the cervix. I have just switched to back entrance as less messy.

I hate the stuff. I have been so anxious since Friday. Checking for anymore spotting all the time, really worried. Anyway, have an early scan on Tues.
