I know that a high protein diet is supposed to help fertility. I'm just wondering what is classed as 'high'.I have been told to aim for 140g per day - this seems like a lot to me, so I was just wondering what others do.Thanks.
I can't remember the amount but generally during IVF for eg you need to aim for high protein. Upbeat drinks are good and not as expensive as some. Plus they're more yoghurty than whey-y if that makes sense.
