To cut a long story short, I am a non (ex) smoker.
We're due to start IVF soon and after having a very stressful few weeks, I met up with an old friend and smoked about ten cigarettes this weekend.
Someone please tell me I haven't just killed off my last remaining eggs. (Am late 30s.)
This sounds facile, but it was a mistake and clearly I won't be smoking again and am now just fretting.
Am jstressing a lot now and hoping that one weekend of smoking in 6 years hasn't completely ruined everything.
Any reassurance at all will help me stop stressing as that can't be helping either.

Not smoked in 6 years, smoked 10 at the weekend through stress. Have I screwed up?
