spotting ever since 'successful' FET 3 weeks ago

I had a 5 day frozen embryo transferred mid Oct and got a positive pregnancy test 12 days later. A day or two before I tested I had brown discharge / spotting and was convinced the test would be negative. The spotting has continued ever since. My first scan is booked for 17 Nov. I'm so worried!

It's definitely spotting rather than anything like a period but is lots more and has gone on for longer than the spotting I had with my successful fresh cycle. Sort of covers 2 pantyliners a day and I get streaks of brown and a bit of red/pink blood after I wipe most times when I use the loo.

I'm officially 5w and 5days pregnant - too early for a scan to show anything helpful, right?

Can anyone offer any help or reassurance please?

I'm waiting a callback from my clinic.

I'm taking 2 x cyclogest pessaries a day and 2 x Elleste tablets.

I'm now bleeding more heavily and it's red blood. I think it's all over now. Getting a scan tomorrow morning but really not hopeful. So sad and worried.

Sorry you're going through this. It mightn't necessarily be over though, I had spotting (fresh ivf) til 7 weeks and all is fine so far, latest scan yesterday. It only stopped when they increased my cyclogest to three a day.
