Clomid cd16 scan no eggs uterous lining good

Hi,

I am just wondering if you intelligent people can help me.

I was supposed to have a scan on day 13 but due to bad weather it was cancelled and now had it on day 16.

Nurse did scan and advised she cannot see eggs but uterous lining good. She has advised that it looks like
I have ovulated already and may have scanned abit too late.

She has booked me in for a scan and a blood test to see if I ovulated on day 20 of my cycle.

I am on first cycle of clomid 50mg and am 23 years old I am on this as my prog levels were low.

Can someone please advise if my clomid
Cycle has gone to waste or not?

When the lining begins to get thin and after ovulation?

Can the nurse detect pregnancy when she does a virginal scan on day 20?
