7 months of trying now.

SiL had baby girl yesterday

Discovered Husband's exwife pregnant this morning

POS - said no.

Should be happy for SiL. Am down in dumps.

You dont have to be happy, you just have to fake it till you make it as they say... Congratulate SIL, but dont pressure yourself to sincerely feel it. If DH ex is pregnant... Do you need to be in contact? (Ie are there children involved?)

7 months is still within normal, I know that doesnt help of course.
