Wow - these are amazing! Quite liked pic 9 as that's the stage I'm at at the moment in pregnancy.

I'm going to show them to 3 year old dd. Shes fascinated with the whole pregnancy and birth thing at the mo.

'But how did I get out Mummy??'

I have resisted the temptation to shout:

'F**king slowly and painfully' at her...

Fascinating but at the same time

Not a squeamish person normally but yeuch @ the early stages, especially the wormy looking sperm and the crusty looking egg.

It made me feel exactly the same, newbump. I felt strangely panicky looking at number 10. Panicky and claustrophobic. I'm sure it's a wonderful place for a foetus, but it looks terrifying!

Fab pictures though.

My mum bought me that book when I was pregnant with DD1. It's absolutely incredible with some beautiful pictures.
