PeedOffWithNits Sun 27-Sep-09 23:27:11

this sort of thing makes me so so angry, if people cannot be bothered to care for their kids why the hell don't they give them up for adoption.

selfish selfish idiots, thank goodness those LOs are safe, that could have been so much worse!

Cowwomanmoo Sun 27-Sep-09 23:44:25

That’s nothing, in other parts of Bristol, they eat their children. In certain areas you wished they would.

Quattrocento Sun 27-Sep-09 23:47:17

Oh that might explain the pizza-restaurant-in-Bristol thread, at least.

Cowwomanmoo Mon 28-Sep-09 01:31:17

They did a project in Bristol where they put pianos around town for anyone to play recently;www.thisisbristol.co.uk/homepage/Bristol-vandals-smash-piano-s-played/article-1319724-detail/article .html apparently the artist had done this around the world. He put them in some of the roughest poorest parts you can imagine. Only a couple of pianos got vandalised sadly in the intire project, Bristol to its shame is one of those places. The kids smashed and set fire to them. We also have one of the highest teen pregnancy rates in the UK. The kids hear are having kids and As we see from above, not making a very good job of it.

Poor, poor little mites- hope they are OK.

And FFS at the parent/s

Mermaidspam Mon 28-Sep-09 10:53:20

The 'poor' mother needs to put her bloody kids' safety first angry

ElenorRigby Mon 28-Sep-09 13:50:34

Mermaidspam, I was being ironic.
There are many MNetters who hold the view that women are poor victims who cannot be held responsible for what they have done. This hand wringing apologists crap gets right up my nose and does a huge disservice to women.

Mermaidspam Mon 28-Sep-09 14:04:04

Ah ElenorRigby, thank the lord (I missed your hmm at the end of your post blush).
Totally agree.

OrmIrian Mon 28-Sep-09 14:08:38

Kids said mother hadn't been home since Saturday night, but it was the kids' father (her partner) who found them wandering about outside. Where had he been then?
