How were the children used exactly? A friend of mine died last year from cancer, she left 4 children. At her funeral all but the youngest who was four years old spoke about how much they would love and miss their mum. There's far too much cynicism ad suspicion in this world. At the end of the day the children had a right to say a last goodbye! But even their I guess people will find fault, just for the sake of it.

i don't think the children have been used in any way. i personally would have preffered the children to keep their anonnymity but it was their fathers funeral. if she wanted to speak it would have been just as wrong to have forbidden her.

to us he was a singer/star. to them he was their brother/son/father.
It must be incredibly difficult to have to grieve in front of the worlds media and such harsh criticism

I only caught five minutes towards the end. His daughter was fiddling with her bag, quite a normal thing to do in the circs I think, whole thing probably numbing and overwhelming. But both Latoya and then Janet remonstrated with her and she was told to look suitably sad. Then she did a tearful speech and I turned off. Awful emotional wankery.

I saw the devastion first hand that a sudden death of a much loved father(and much as MJ mught be maligned IMO he loved his children) It is a horrid thing to see as you cannot do anything to help them
this family could at least have allowed them to grieve in private.
