Heard on the radio dire warnings from climate change Jeremiahs saying that Britain is 'tinderbox dry' and we are at risk of forest fires. Well, all I can say is, I welcome any panicky climate change worriers to my garden, were every single step (when I bother dodging rainstorms to actually go out) is a cacophony of crunch, crunch, squelch, as snails and slugs die underfoot, and the lush green grass and carnival of weeds should cheer them up no end. But really, where do they all live?
