The bloke who let his daughter drive a qude bike on a main road with no lights and no helmet is being charged with manslaughter.Been 8 months, seems a long time to have to wait
I remember this last time on MN .It does seem a really long time to wait to be charged .
Whole thing is desperately sad. I imagine it takes some time for the police to gather all the relevant facts and the CPS to review the case.
oh god, my ex lets my two ride a quad in fields, they do wear helmets though - should i be worried?apparently the thing goes no faster than 20mph
The problem is he let them ride on the road, allgone. After dark. Doesn't sound like what your ex is up to.So sad, the family lost a DD, now they'll probably lose the father, as well (he is probably guilty, but there's no good outcome in this situ).
