Bunty maybe, but please not Bunny. Wasn't she one of Hugh Heffners Bunny girls at one point. That is not a nice name with those sorts of implications for a baby imho.

here I found it is a pet name, but look what it says

The girl's name Bunny \b(un)-ny\ is of English origin. Nickname deriving from B- names such as Barbara or Bernice. Now used as a child's name for a rabbit. Likely to be associated with the famous Playboy Bunnies.
