[https://news.sky.com/story/suspected-rapist-and-abductor-joseph-mccann-in-standoff-with-police-11712799] Joseph McCann who, released from jail without even a parole hearing, who then went on to abduct and rape 3 women in a week, has been caught. He was caught after being spotted abducting 2 more women into his car in Cheshire. The police gave chase and he escaped on foot after crashing. He then hid up a tree and a whole team of people were brought in to negotiate with him. He had no hostages at this point. It was just him up a tree. Why wasn't he just tasered? How did he go undetected from North London to the NW of England? Personally I would now be feeling safer if they had just put a bullet in his head but at least we are safe for a couple of years until some other do-gooder thinks he is no longer a danger to society.
