But only up to the same level they were pre-Brexit.

July 2007: 5.75%
Dec 2007 5.5%
Feb 2008 5.25%
Apr 2008 5.00%
Oct 2008 4.5%
Nov 2008 3%
Dec 2008 2%
Jan 2009 1.5%
Feb 2009 1%
Mar 2009 0.5%
Aug 2016 0.25%
Nov 2017 0.5%

The US increased rates from 0-0.25 to 0.25-0.5% in December 2015, again to 0.5-0.75% in December 2016, and then again in March 2017 to 0.75% -1% and in June to 1-1.25%.

No increase since 2008 from ECB.

Pound has still fallen as the bank are saying despite the tiny rise and future rises in store, rates aren't going to rise very much.

Meh. Rates are so low atm...I can remember feeling smug on Black Wednesday when they soared right up; we had a fix at 10.8%, and that was a really good deal!

I can't see it above 3 or 4% for donkeys years yet.

Me neither. Low interest rates are the only things keeping the tories in power in my opinion. If they go up, the tories are well and truly stuffed.
