I'm not a football fan - or even a David Beckham fan....although he seems like a nice enough bloke! But I have noticed over the years he has seemed to do a lot for the UK and UNICEF. I feel a bit saddened with the current bad publicity he is receiving. So this morning I donated to his UNICEF 7 programme - I was thinking at least he might feel that something good has come out of the last few days of bad publicity. Is it OK to say this sort of stuff on here? Sorry its the first time I have ever posted on mumsnet.
