The article misses out more than it says. Why have DB shares fallen so much?

DB really is a basket case due to it's derivatives. Will take Italy and the Euro down with it.

Watching with interest, especially as Merkel has reportedly said 'nein' to bailing it out. She can't really do otherwise after her stance on Greece.

A couple of the Italian banks are looking worrying as well.

A couple of the Italian banks are looking worrying as well.

They are the worst banks in the world IMO and I hope that each and every one of them goes bust.

They are guilty of usury, denying credit to small businesses and families and fraud. And many banks, workers and directors are under investigation for many other crimes. Not to mention the fact that this government is guilty of collusion with one bank in particular whose owner is the father of one of this governments ministers and was 'bailed' illegally while leaving many savers homeless and penniless.

If anyone is interested they could read up on how duetsche bank is also under investigation in italy for corruption, extortion and a couple d'etat in italy in 2011.......

Watching with both interest and worry here. It's a huge enterprise - the domino effect on all the rest including uk banks might still be horrific.

If Deutsche Bank goes at least we can stop worrying about Brexit. There might not be an EU to leave.

The problem is that Germany pushed for the no bail out rule with Italy and Greece etc, so that means they are over a barrel, it seems America are not going to stick the knife in so much and halve the fine, that doesn't alleviate the exposure to the derivatives and general bad place that DB are in, with German elections looming this could be just a can kicking exercise, we haven't truley recovered from 2008 TBH
