I'm very curious as to what the new evidence and grounds of appeal were and why reporting restrictions were imposed. When the CCRC referred the case to the CA without giving their reasons they said that the appeal would be heard in public.
I hope there is no further harassment of the victim whatever the outcome. I was a bit irritated by the manner in which some outlets reported the CCRC referral noting that there was a "real possibility of the conviction being overturned" at the time of referral as if this was something significant and unique to this case rather than simply being the criteria which must be met for a referral. Plus real possibility does not mean "highly likely".
