He ius still subject to his treatment order..I think it is sensible not to disrupt that if he is complying, the object must be that provided he doesn't commit an offence which warrants prison sentence that he gets the best chance to kick his drug habits.

It most certainly is a disgrace. I think he is just the sort of person who should be in jail. His young fans need to know that there are serious consequences to actions like his. Some jail time wouldn't do that guy any harm.

Prolific user, prolific conviction rate, numerous chances at rehab, leniency as standard.
I appreciate he is under a treatment programme but WTF is someone who allegedly has an implant to prevent them using heroin, doing possessing heroin.
that would technically make him a seller/dealer which is prison worthy IMO

Do you think its part of his sex drugs and rock & roll act. Maybe he thinks he is very cool. Look at his girlfriend, she does drugs and everyone starts talking about how cool she is.

This is for drugs he was found in possession of in august I believe so seperate from his previous sentance which makes the mind boggle as to why his punishment is so weak. They need to start making examples of these people who glamourise drugs to show them what the consequences are as if just looking at him isn't enough!!!! Still no doubt this time next year he'll have died of a drug overdose and we won't have to worry about him anymore. I feel sorry for his mother.
