Heard a rumour of Obama and Putin having agreed for Russian help on USA territory.

The same channels as you, some newspapers in the UK and around the world! What weird code or conspiracy? At the G8 Obama wanted to arm the Syrian rebels and Putin the current Syrian regime, with Blair and Kerry pushing for intervention. Russia was stationed in the Med sea and Israel is twitching to go...Now Russia has withdrawn its troop from the Med and it's ready to help the USA in the event of a disaster!
Historically Russia sides with China, and some of the Middle East (Iran, Syria...), in recent days China and Russia have shifted their positions substantially: just an observation.

MSM (main steam media) like the BBC and Sky news tend to behind quite a few days behind in reporting on TV what other newspapers write in other countries: another observation.
