snorts sceptically..how old is this maya, eating sugar in food is far from the worst thing that can happen imo

I’d like to think, though, that Maya will enjoy so many other foods and feel a food reward is just as valid if it’s a bowl of raspberries or some Medjool dates.

IN unexpected places such as medicines!! How mcuh medicine does she give her child? Better sugar than aspartame!

If I got shaky and felt shattered after eating sweets I would go to the doctor.

Mind you, plenty of fun to be had for Maya as she grows up spiking her mother's food with crushed up Smarties

Having a nutritionist for a mum can't be much fun - I have a feeling she named the poor child after the Green&Blacks chocolate...

Someone needs to take some money off this lady, to give her something to really sink her worrying teeth into!

I loved reading this this morning

hhmmm Medjool dates vs chocolate buttons...that's a hard one for a 3 yr old

I think she missed the point somewhat. It's not the sweets we really need to worry about - at least we know what they are! It's all the hidden sugars/sweeteners in things like cornflakes/other cereals/ready meals that are quite astounding.

I won't have a bad word said about this woman cod, she is fabulous

I do remember once though, many moons ago, when she did an article whereby she had a danish pastry at a friend's house and 'instead of eating half, I had the whole one and had to lie down in the afternoon' .

Ahem, but I do think she is fab.
