Facebooks Instagram users photos to be used for advertising

What do you reckon of this then? Should FB users be worried? Is this ALL photos on FB or just those uploaded using Instagram?

If its all photos on FB how the hell do you opt out??? Cos I never opted into an Instagram account.

Am a total technophobe - can anyone advise if I should be worried? I upload photos to FB from my laptop never using my phone or the instagram app.
