Seriously, it's not about 'you can do this so have this job'. It's about looking at everyone and finding out what they can do rather than just writing them off as 'disabled' and sticking them on benefits.

I don't understand, she hasn't actually lost any benefits, is that correct? She has been sent an assessment letter like hundreds of thousands of other people, so there is every chance she won't lose any benefits?

Atos is re-assessing DLA as well which is not a work related benefit and has a very low rate of fraud.

So it's not just about work. DLA is to help with the extra costs of disability. They don't suddenly disappear if you're playing sport
