Stupid Cow!!! - far more likely to crash with all the paps chasing her!!!

Couldn;t body guard who was sitting in front seat get out and strap kid in back!!

Think anyone who travels without their kid strapped into the appropriate seat in the back of a car should be heftily fined!!

How will she be able to keep her baby safe if it isn't in a car seat!

goodness, doesn't she see the parallels with Diana, who was speeding away from the paperazzi, without a seat belt on when the accident happened?

Horroble as it must be to be persured everwhere a safe child is better than a stresses mother don't you think?

I've seen someone driving with a one-year-old on her lap. In a really bad traffic jam, but still!

But then again, I see people with backseats full of children, no carseats, no seatbelts in use, all the time.

I think you are all being a little bit harsh on Britney.

If I was being hassled by papparazzi and feeling hemmed in and scared for my baby, I would just rush off as well and not really think straight.

Is she pregnant again? Papers seem obsessed by her non-existent fat stomach and keep putting 2 and 2 together and coming up with 12.

and here's another tale of life with Britney:

Britney Spears reportedly ventured on a high speed car chase after hubby Kevin Federline, who was on the verge of piercing their 4-month-old son, Sean Preston's, ears. The singer was said to be absolutely horrified that her husband was going to get their son's ears pierced just like his, for fear that Sean would look like a girl or "trailer trash."

Britney allegedly jumped into her car to go after Kevin, all the while calling her body guards and prompting them to stop Kevin as well. Kevin was said to be heading for the Holier Than Thou parlor in Malibu.

"Brit was like a woman possessed when she heard Kevin had run off with their pride and joy, " a source was quoted as saying in Britain's Sunday Star newspaper. "So she jumped in her car with her minder and sent three more security guards to take a different route to the parlor to ensure they didn't miss Kevin."

Upon seeing Britney approaching, Kevin reportedly slammed on his brakes, before confronting his angry wife.

"Britney reminded Kevin that Sean hasn't even had his tetanus jab yet, so it was too early for his ears to be done," the source added. "And she complained that apart from looking like white trailer trash, Sean would be taken for a girl if he wore earrings."

Agree that she cannot keep a baby safe on her lap whilst actually driving! Astonished that her passenger didn't take the baby from her!

i would think the passenger is a paid for by britney bodyguard, so he isn't likely to say anything

I saw this on 'THIS MORNING' today and they said that her body guard had just got out of the car to get some lunch and whilst he was gone the paperatzi started with the photo's, but they nevered mentioned her holding her son on her lap whilst driving!!!
I don't mean this in a bad way but i dont think she would be able to cope with 2 children (so i hope she aint pregs again!), i mean how would she get away from them with 2 children in the car with her!!!

Hurrah for oOlive speaking up For Britney. I think she's being judges rather harshly too.

Don't forget us mere mortals would never be hounded by the Pap. She is Britney Spears. She was in a convertable with the roof down IIRC? so very vunerable.

I would probably have done the same thing. Instict to get away ASAP.
