God, please let it not be another child

please let it be the b*stard who took that little girl.

Report
Janh · 05/01/2006 22:46

I was assuming it's that b*stard I must say - I don't think it would have been reported this way if it was a child.

If it isn't being treated as suspicious it is probably the bastard and he probably killed himself.

Well that is one less person to worry about.

I'm not surprised he could not live with himself, chickens way out, as if people had known he would have been toast.

The body of a 30-year-old man was found hanging in an area of North Tyneside where a six-year-old girl was abducted from her home and sexually assaulted.
Lee Stephen Bayley, of Bewicke Road, Willington Quay, was discovered on Thursday afternoon, police said.

The death is not being treated as suspicious and a post mortem examination was taking place on Friday.

Officers from the abduction inquiry said it was too early to say if the death was linked to the abduction

Similar to the adbuction and murder of Rory Blackhall too.

The animal that has been said to have murdered him also hung himself

Cowards way out for them

The poor wee girl now has to live her life remembering what sick things happened to her

Sadly Rory never got a chance

Out them in a room full of mums and let the animals understand pain

Wouldn't pee on him if he was on fire.

sorry frumpy?? You've lost me? Apparently the man they found wasn't linked to the abduction.

charliecat · 11/01/2006 17:49

I wish these men would kill themselfs BEFORE raping/murdering/sexually abusing someone. Then there would be no harm done. Why dont they?

Oh sorry hadn't read it, just read the thread.

Yeah totally agree charliecat.

it actually makes me really angry that they revealed the dead mans name - before saying whether or not he was linked. Lee's family must be gutted - to have lost their son - and have him (what appears now to be falsley) linked to this abduction

HRHQueenOfQuelNoel · 11/01/2006 17:51

I'll try the link again

looks like he wasn't the man

Report
FrumpyGrumpy · 11/01/2006 17:53

You're right HRH. If he's not linked, he and his poor family have been horribly dragged in. I slap myself on the back of the hand.

That's a slightly odd photo to give the media, isn't it?

I agree it's terrible that his name was linked to that child abduction without any evidence .

Report
SueW · 11/01/2006 18:44

No doubt the photo was dragged out from bbc archives.

What a bizarre photo.

Photo was from when he was assaulted by football hooligans apparantly. Shame they didn't have a nicer one of him for this though.

Report
WigWamBam · 11/01/2006 19:06

This sentence might explain the photo:

"Lee Bayley was in the news in May 1996 when he was the victim of an attack by football hooligans".

I presume they have used that photograph rather than obtain a new one from the family.
