Hi there! There is a few of us, I am in Brisbane - whereabouts are you? Most have lived in the UK and then moved to Oz. But there is a few in Brisbane that I know of, and a couple of others dotted around.

well it's not what they promised me in the brochure, this weather.

But mornings like the one yesterday spent down at Point Walter more than make up for the odd overcast day

Hi Niccik. We've already met! I'm in Sydney. I'm sure there must be some more Sydneysiders around, but I haven't met anybody yet.

Is it tomorrow that you're taking your DD to see Santa?

I'm a pom I'm afraid. After a few months here I stopped whingeing though

I'm just lying in wait at the moment for DD to fall asleep so I can stealth wrap the presents.

Suzy - can't we just have a 'considerably hotter than yow' crimbo clique? I hear tell it's going to be 38' on the day itself.

oh god, yes please, let's do it VC that's a good idea

I laid it on thick with a trowel when I moved out last year, and I think that is a christmas tradition I need to consolidate.

Where is Harry Enfield now? I was only wondering that the other day

Well its been a very warm day but no humidity thank goodness and it looks like there will be plenty more warm ones to come. Didn't end up taking DS to see santa I was sick, so that was a little sad. I am enjoying my time off from work, it will be very hard to go back, DS and I are having heaps of fun and playing. How is everyone enjoying the christmas season?

Well it is -1 degrees in Hertford UK and has been snowing, I'd rather be in sunny OZ anyday.
