Its just so so sad. I can't believe the riots have now resulted in murder. I hope they find those responsible fast and bring them to justice.

So, so sad. He sounds like he is a great dad and his boy sounds like he was a great son.

How awful - he seems like a lovely dad. Hope they get the driver of the car.

He was so gracious and dignified. I thought it was wonderful that he called for peace and order when his heart was obviously broken.

Now that IS a young man whose death is worth protesting over. anyone in Tottenham want to march on the police station and demand 'justice' for him? No. Thought not.

Sad Heartbreaking. I hope he's given the hero status that he deserves and his family is given the space they need to grieve.

The saddest thing is his sentence at the end. "A few days from now nobody will care".

Report
FellatioNelson · 10/08/2011 21:57

And he is right. His son's name will disappear out of the headlines, and the only one to get some warped Hero status out of this is some two-bit gangster with a loaded gun. (allegedly.)

Shameful.
