mrsdonkeybucket Tue 19-Jul-11 15:56:53

I started one ! <cries>

Murdoch/RB Meetings

BornSicky Tue 19-Jul-11 15:57:02

started new one in case the other one isn't reopened due to its huge size...

mrsdonkeybucket Tue 19-Jul-11 15:57:30

Am confused which do we use ?!

mrsdonkeybucket Tue 19-Jul-11 15:58:54

Have just directed people to come here.

mrsdonkeybucket Tue 19-Jul-11 15:59:40

RB insisted in 'anguish' that they accept her resignation.

frillyflower Tue 19-Jul-11 15:59:51

"Murdochs both very impressive" (on last thread)

All I can say is - you are VERY easily impressed.

JM = greasy flanneller

RM = pretending to be old dodderer (given away by occasional flashes of normality)

mrsdonkeybucket Tue 19-Jul-11 16:00:35

Not the majority opinion, frilly !

frillyflower Tue 19-Jul-11 16:00:55

IS RB on? Not on my telly she's not (BBC2).

ImpyCelyn Tue 19-Jul-11 16:01:08

Yes, RM seems to have no trouble hearing/following when he doesn't need to make up an answer.

frillyflower Tue 19-Jul-11 16:01:43

Yeah Mrs Bucket I am happy that most people are not deceived by the hideous Murdoch act.

chipstick10 Tue 19-Jul-11 16:01:49

Im thinking some of the questioning is a bit iffy and im a bit hmm

mrsdonkeybucket Tue 19-Jul-11 16:02:09

She's on after the Murdoch's.

Yes, he has no trouble talking when it suits him.

ImpyCelyn Tue 19-Jul-11 16:03:16

Did the MPs have guidance about questioning? There's surely been some legal advice and organisation for it all?

I'm surprised how rubbish some of the committee members are.

Terribletriplets Tue 19-Jul-11 16:03:29

They paid the legal fees of Goodman and the other who went to gaol. JM claims that he was surprised. That is v interesting. Good.

frillyflower Tue 19-Jul-11 16:03:54

God I've got so much housework to do but I can't leave the telly.

Over-running due to JM's long waffly answers I reckon.

chipstick10 Tue 19-Jul-11 16:04:02

Does Dr Coffey (think thats her name) wear a wig?

lionheart Tue 19-Jul-11 16:04:11

Selective memory all round.

mrsdonkeybucket Tue 19-Jul-11 16:04:11

Oh you found it, TT

Good, good !

<foot twitches>

LisMcA Tue 19-Jul-11 16:04:14

God! Go away for 20 mins and the thread ends!

Hi MrsDB hows Rockyrafa? Or is he RockyRupert nowwink?

frillyflower Tue 19-Jul-11 16:05:47

OOoh JM just nailed over Mulcaire's legal fees. He's so slippery.

noddyholder Tue 19-Jul-11 16:05:52

The cancelled Max Clifford contract Rupert dropped James right in it like a typical old dad pmsl. Clifford needs to be questioned

Terribletriplets Tue 19-Jul-11 16:05:53

And did they pay AC after he left?
Glen Malcare's legal fees? JM muddles the answer 'surprised and shocked'
Good questioning at last. Hope they ask RB about this.

noddyholder Tue 19-Jul-11 16:06:18

I think she may either say nothing or fall apart

londonone Tue 19-Jul-11 16:06:32

The murdochs are far more impressive than the MPs. Not really surprising though considering that one had built one of the worlds largest media corporations and employs tens of thousands of people and the others include a shipbuilder and a "professional" politician. LOL at the questions on paying legal fees when half the committee are Trade Unionists and last time I checked TU reknowned for paying legal fees.
