Women getting fired during/after pregnancy

pregnant? You're fired!

I work in a country (switzerland) which tends to have a very traditional view of a woman's role, I am working in team with 14 men for a large company and I have been totally accepted and supported with working 60% and I haven't encountered any discrimination or problems at all. In fact quite the opposite. Anyone else have positive experiences or am I alone?
