So what do people think about him winning his appeal to bring his case to the Supreme Court?
It took a long, long time to convict this man and yet the case never seems to go away.
IMO he was guilty as Hell and I feel so sorry for Arlene Fraser's family.
Apart from the fact that he has gone over the head of the Scottish Court system.
