Hmmm I got 6. I had no idea the chronological order of the four national saints days was that important. Ditto where father christmas comes from

I got 14 right so I get a seat on the throne, but then I do remember doing this test a few months ago and obviously remembered some of the answers. Would help if we could read the book.

I got 10 - bunch of arse, this test. I really should sort out my naturalisation as my German passport is due to expire soonish and I don't want all the bureaucratic faff of applying for a new one from abroad, but first the oath of allegiance and now this sodding test... German bureaucracy doesn't seem so bad compared to it all.

Um - one is supposed to read the book and then take the test!

They're doing some form of citizenship in schools now, aren't they? They should make the kids do this test and take away their NI cards if they don't get it right

Does anyone know if it's possible to get hold of the book on which this test is based? Or is it a publication given out only to people applying for citizenship?

spacedonkey · 02/11/2005 18:08

ignore that question, it's here
