Has anyone got a Maytag brand washing machine or dryer?

I need to order something tonight. Meile are a little more expensive than Maytag and we might go for them, but I know Maytag (through John Lewis) are really popular in the US. They have a 5 year warranty.

Anyone have one or know anything about them?

I had a 2nd hand Meile a while ago and it was AWESOME....could even fit a double duvet in! Worked like a dream and super economical. When I moved I passed it on to a house of students (clean ones who do wash clothes!) as it was still going strong. Never had any prob's, never went smell, never had gunk collect in the door seal...I'd reccommend it.

Never heard of Maytag.
