You know those "hidden" cutlery drawers? Do you have one?

I was in Magnet going through designing the kitchen with the bloke in there, and he put in the two big drawers you put your saucepans in, and the hidden cutlery drawer.

So I said, "that's mad, you have to pull two drawers to get a teaspoon out".

He said, "ah, no, they come with this little clip so that the hidden drawer is fastened to the outer, then you just press the button to separate them."

So. Several weeks latr, and the fitters have finished but haven't fitted the catch. I took it into Magnet to say "I cannot for the life of me work out how this works!"

The man says "Oh, they're not very good really, I wouldn't bother."

So now I have to open two drawers to get out a teaspoon.

Do your drawers fasten together? Does the catch work? And if so, where was it from?

I'm quite annoyed abuot it actually.

If the bloke had said in the first place, I'd have had a normal drawer for the cutlery.

LOl at the shame of my cutlery though.
