If you have a fixed shower-head..?

How do you clean your shower and bath?

I have always used the removable shower head to rinse the bath when i'm cleaning - and to rinse the tiles after i've scrubbed the grout... but the shower in this flat we've bought is a big giant fixed shower-head.

I am finding scrubbing and rinsing without a hand-held shower really hard work and it's killing my back to reach over to the tiles - am i doing something wrong? are there any hints and tips i don't know about?

p.s. Am generally a really cr@p housekeeper so will take all the help i can get - but not really likely to start cleaning the bath daily so please don't suggest that.

Maybe replace the existing bath taps with one of these bath shower mixer taps or even buy one of those really cheap rubber hose type shower heads you can push on to the existing taps.
