Futility room - total re-fit - what shall I get?/ What's in your perfect utility?

Just had my futility room totally re-done - its go a claockroom toilet too. Ideally I want it to be someonwhere that's reasonably cheerful to go into and not to utilitarian looking (if that's not too contradictory!). What shall I get for it? What do you find really useful? What's a waste of money?
Joy of joys its totally empty at the mo - except w/m and tumble dryer.
Your ideas please!

Mine has the usual w/m, tumble, sink etc.

But the best thing is my Sheila Maid - love, love it!!

Also double cupboard under the sink, further open shelving, plus boiler cupboard floor to ceiling that has 3/4 spare shelves in too.

Oh and a chunky steel shelf from Ikea running the length which is neatly crammed with stuff!
