I got a lovely dress for a party, pic on profile and have just washed it as per the instructions and the black pattern has made sort of stamp marks on the red bit... I followed the instructions, delicate cycle at 30degrees etc

Is it fixable?

Can you take it back?

If it is still wet and you can't take it back I would wash it through by hand in cold water.

I've rewashed it
rang the shop and they no longer have it so I'll be getting a refund

I love that dress

Awww crappy.

Least you'll have the money back to search for another.

Is it totally unwearable?

Can I ask how you lost the weight?

I need to loose 2 stone but am struggling, I just can't get motivated to do anything and keep ordering curries

Report
akhems · 14/10/2009 16:03

I don't think it's wearable now cos the black marks are all down the front of the plain panel on the skirt if you see what I mean here it is

I had weight loss surgery disenchanted, I'd never have been able to do it on my own, years of yo-yoing made sure of that. But I did and still do best eating low carb.

akhems · 15/10/2009 06:08

Lily, it was style and beauty thread that found me that dress in the first place.. BunnyLebowski to be precise

I have another dress that will do for Saturday - There's no way I'm going to have time to find another before that so I'll make do for now and let the hunt commence next week.

I'm assuming the label says different?

Well done on your weight loss
