Help, cleaning poo of the wooden cot?

Ds, 15 months decided to indulge in some poo play this morning :/
it was everywhere, including curtins and teddys! So while they are washing away and the windows are wide open I noticed poo on the wood. The wood is real wood, ie no coatings, so it's not smooth. Can I still use anti bac and water on it??
Ds1 was such an angel compared to this!!

I would use water and fairy liquid. If you're using anti bacterial spray or anything I would test it on an unseen area first.

I used anti-bac and water on ds's when he did this. it was fine, but again i wouldnt have minded too much if it went a bit funny as he'd already wrecked the headboard bit by chewing it.
