So on top of feeling crap I've got to clean the car seat, what's the best way to go about it to make sure the car doesn't stink for ever!!

Oh dear! I remember going for my first MW appt with pg with DS2 and putting my sample in a baby food jar as it was the best I had at teh time.

It leaked all over my handbag

DH went well beyond the call of duty and cleaned it out for me

Dh can top that, after his vasectomy he had to take a sample of sperm for testing and, in his wisdom, decided to take our then 18 month old with him.

Our hospital is a bus ride away and he had to keep the sample "fresh" so he popped the container in his coat pocket.

Cue 18 month old having a screaming tantrum on the bus and in her temper she kicked and thrashed about so hard she knocked the lid off his sample.

He had to return home and start all over again

DD did not accompany him on his trip this time
