yes we have one in the loo

good magazine vital to loo activity I find

I searched everywhere for a nice one. Cannot for the life of me remember where we got it from. Weirdly, i think I spotted one in a second hand (repossession) place.

Of course we have a magazine rack! How could we live without one?

Ours came from Peter Jones at least 10 years ago.

So funny to stumble across this thread - was just thinking about you SEA. Feeling the need to start an ex-smokers sympathy thread tonight (cravings driving me crazy just at this particular moment).

Have just looked up and realised we still have matching black chandelier type light fittings! What must the neighbours think....

pointydog Fri 03-Jul-09 22:10:59

yes - it is old an dhorrid and baskety but I always grudge spending money on a new one

We have TWO!! blush

A new trendy one and my dear old Gran's retro one from the 50's. I remeber she dhad it by the side of her armchair in front of the TV and she kept her "Radio Times" in it along with a bakelite tissue-box holder...

Nope - but I have a huge pile of magazines that I never seem to get to! Homes and Gardens, House and Gardens - one day I'll sit down and have a browse!!

We have this wall-mounted one from Ikea.

I remember an old fashioned one of parent's friends - with hunting scenes painted on it grin
