I put the damn thing in teh cellar for two weeks while I went away on holiday... I came back and it was COVERED in black mould spots. I've tried removing and soaking the fabric seat, and scrubbing it in the bath, but they dont come out, and I have a baby due, so the damn thing was needed again...
PLEASE help, how can I get rid of them???

I read that Milton Sterilizing Solution is good for removing mould, you could maybe try that?

Industrial strength washing up liquid, a nail brush and LOTS of elbow grease worked for me.

Drat. I tried both elbow grease, and also Milton with no effect. I can't afford to cough up 500 bills for a new buggy for the LAST baby... Hmm, wonder if some ultra strong Vanish etc would help. Hmmm am off to get the most foul strong smelling product in teh shops. Maybe that would shift them.

I have cleaned up a few buggies using detol mould remover but you have to go carefully with it.Do a small patch leave for a while then rinse off.Repeat as necessary.

I cleaned up an UD double that looked only fit for the dump and it got off every bit of mould.

I used the carpet cleaner on my old Silver Cross (with the upholstery attachment) shifted it in no time. Do you have a carpet cleaner or could you borrow one from someone?
