Babysteps and mission

Hello all.

DP is back at work (briefly) and I need to get FLYing. My plan was to pst here only and get lots done. So far this morning, I have read three long threads and looked at tattooed ladies. TMH I love the tattoos, I think they are a really positive response and much better in some ways than trying to hide the changes and pretend they haven't happened.....

I have toddler group this morning, s will come back at lunch time and do a serious list.

DP is much more dedicated to housework than me, s the place is not bad, but there are tools to find homes for, and I have been going to bed with a sink full of dirty dishes lately and I don't like it.

Morning Jas
Worst night ever hear. Ds2 thinks sleep is for the weak. Sod!
Anyway, have really been trying to re-motivate myself this week, been tough, but getting there.

So today
Morning routine
Go to playgroup, take weaning book
Write and post dad's father's day card
Get photo printed for dp's fathers day present (nice photo frame with picture of him with ds's)
Change ds1's bed
Full hoover
Get birthday present for step-niece-in-law (if that makes sense.....)
Mission
If I could fit a nap in, that'd be lovely too!

Have a good day everyone.

Morning, Off to work in a mo. Have watered the pot plants & plants. Made beds. Have to drive now in heavy traffic to drop Ds of at Mum's, then to my first appointment which is near her house. Then get to work and write the info up. Drive to Dh's work to drop off car and next appointment, get to a station to get the next lot reported then to a meeting at 5pm and get back to my office by public transport & get that written up. Get stuff ready for others before going home by train! DH will have to pick up Ds from Mum's. I'll be home late I sooo wish I could work in a shop 10am -2pm three days a week but I can't.
See you Saturday morning for some flying.. Have a lovely day in the sun. (hopefully for you all)

Hello to all.

Starbear You have a busy day ahead. I don't know what work you do but it sounds pretty full-on. I hope it goes well.

Right. I'm off to dry my hair and put some make-up on. If the parcel I have to wait in for comes this morning then I'm going to go into work this afternoon as I've so much on there (this is my normal day off). If it doesn't come until later, I think I'll spend the day getting ready for the carpet chappies who are coming next week and finding things for the church fete which is coming up. As it's a good cause, I'm sure I'll be more willing to part with things I've bought but never used.

Have a good day everyone. See you later!

Scatty and Starbear, hope work is alright you will get through it and its nearly w/e.

just came back from whole morning at school for a desperate snack now setting off again to do last stint.

Just take it as easy as you can with the sleep deprivation LBB and don't give yourself too many goals, except to get occasionally out of house (which is always a good thing)

So much to do this afternoon don't know if ANY of it will get done
house is as I left it first thing

Morning everyone.

Sorry haven't been around. Been having a bit of a nervous breakdown recently. Have decided I need to give up my two days at work and dh is fighting against it. Can't cope with everything atm.

Anyway, dance show tonight and two tomorrow so will be busy with that. Got dd1 and dd2's friends staying this weekend because they want to come and watch the girls dancing. So better get cracking and sort this house out for their arrival.

Will catch up on what's been going on around here later. x

Gibbberish, hope you're alright, I was worried that you'd deserted us completely; you were really inspiring me for one, by all that whizzing around and yet time for fun and being with family.
Are you working for your dh, or is an outside co?

Still plodding here...
need to just go now
TOWN for presents past and future
then back to make stew for supper

then ironing to do and put away (ironing board is now in bedroom which is working well, except never quiiiiite gets done)

other small goal - sweep under both garden benches which will soon be growing mushrooms at this rate.

Good that you've found solution to garage prob Dylsmum, sorry about tiredness.
