I have a sore throat, as does DS2 so I guess his rash is viral. I feel as though I have barbed wire in my thoat and cant swallow prop

, I feel for you.I've had this stinking cold for a week. I'm completely blocked up and feel almost hangover and I haven't had a drink! I hate work (I know, I know you've heard it before) I need to get off my butt and get stuff done. Help!
The only thing I've done so far is made my bed but the sheets need changing
Istill have not dealt with the washing basket of clean clothes from the weekend! Fill washing machine.
Get showered and dressed.
My mouth tastes like a mouse has died in it!
Ds is is watching telly in PJ's he need breakfast and I need to get him to the dentist.
I can't figure out want to have for dinner that's simple but not pasta!
