I know that doesn't sound all that great, but due to housework being my first thing to go when depression kicks in, it has been 2 years since I last completely cleared my wash pile

This is huge for me.

I hate you Ds kept getting complemented on his smart clothes at toddlers today. His "wedding outfit" was the only thing left to wear!

Congratulations The bottom of the washing basket is an amzing thing.

Well done you!! Enjoy the rest of your day, you lucky thing

I've got one load pegged out and I've rebooted the washing machine with the 2nd and then I'm done also ... until tonight when they all troop home with more dirty clothes.

well done.

me, too.

Dh's bday cake is baked and ready to ice - with the girls will be doing tonight.

ironed on all the name labels on the girls' hats, mittens/gloves and scarves, showered, put on make up and straightened hair (ILs coming).

because whenever i get depressed, i get obsessed with housework and any sort of mess causes panic attacks .

off to wrap his pressie whilst the girls eat their lunch - no appetite here.

Well done.

I can only dream of the bottom of the washing baskets.

DS2 has wet the bed for the 2nd time this week so my washing machine is not available to clear the pile of clothes, it is tied up with the mountain of bedding I have to get through.

Why does he have to lie on his duvet instead of under it thus ensuring a slightly nerve wracking day, wondering if I will get the duvet washed and dry in time for bed?

At the begining of the wk i had 6,yes 6 full washing baskets. I now have 4. Might not sound alot but that was on top of the everyday washing for 6 of us. Problem is where to put all the clean clothes? Although they have probally grown out of hlf of the stuff by now.
