type of thread.

My house is looking terrible. I could have the estate agent calling me any time and asking for viewers to come round - and quite frankly I wouild want to say no (despite the urgency of selling the house).

So - who would like to join me for a manic day of cleaning/sorting/tidying (children permitting?).

Today I've got so much stuff to do I think it's going to be easier to list is once it's done .

So anyone want to join me tidying up and cleaning before the weekend begins????

Yes, I need to lay some carpet tiles too. Eek.
Firstly I will go and sort out downstairs...
dishes to be put in dishwasher
get a load of washing on
brush mop
and bring upstairs all the clutter that shouldnt be downstairs to be sorted later...

Good luck

ok i have:
put sheets in washing machine as is lovely day so can dry outside
put sheets in tumble dryer for 5 min (as above occured to me yesterday at about 3pm) and then put on my bed
sorted out paperwork from bedside table (binned half) and made a dentist appointment (22nd 12.oo as yet to put on calnedar so incase i forget) and lovely mil has agreed to come and watch kids for me so i can go, all is forgiven i wont criticise her again
wiped my windowsill and sort of washed outside of window and lined conkers along window to banish the spider that has set up residence

so far so good but have gym class at 11 so will probably want to lie around and eat chocolate after that so may need shouting at then

ok I've just got back from town.

Bought a blanket for DS1's bed - one that will be easy to wash and dry if he wets it (highly probable)
Paid my £21 in......and paid my gas bill
And bought a few bits for dinner

Just having a sit down then I'll fold the curtains up that I was given the other day (currently in a heap in one of the chairs )
