How do you store you cheese?

Have you got a special box for your cheese and if so where did you get it from? Or do you wrap it in cling film or something similar?

I wrap cheeses like cheddar in tinfoil and keep it in the fridge. Plastic wrappers make 'em sweat. For stiltons I leave them in their box usually, again might cover with tinfoil.

Cheeses like brie & camembert need to be taken out of fridge before eating, so they can heat up to room temperature first.

I got a special cheese storage box from Lakeland. Its excellent. You can store the cheese unwrapped in it. Can't remember what I paid as had it years, but believe they still have them (I love Lakeland). Would advise getting the small one as they are quite big in your fridge.
