DYLON - can i use the hand wash sachets in my machine?

I dyed a coat and a pair of jeans in my machine with a dylon pack a few weeks ago and it turned out really well...

i bought some black dye to do a few more bits but i have bought the wrong sachets and these need to be done by hand.. not really confident enough to use them by hand/ plus machine was very easy...

can i just sling it all in the machine with some salt and a few tops and hope for the best? or will is mess up the clothes/machine?
