We are up and dressed, porridge is cooling

I am off to Godfathers funeral this morning, so dropping boys at friends and then off to collect mum and do the sad stuff.

Freind is dropping DS1 at preschool, I am hoping to be back in time to collect him

I am sorting dinner as we speak - saus cassarole in the slow cooker.

I am hoping to live out of the freezer for the month - found loads of chicken breasts. Will need to buy, bread, milk, butter and veg though.

I'm just finishing up this morning's stuff before off to town to see a debt help man It's not that bad, just a bit hard with little money coming in to keep on top of everything. But he was fab when I met him the other week so am hoping he can help me sort everything out . . . fingers crossed!

I have the worst PMS and might start crying in a minute then get really cross for no good reason.
TMH I hope the funeral goes OK. You have reminded me to buy some sausages - what kind do you use?
It's buying the milk and stuff that makes you go astray I find, I go in for milk and come out with milk AND lollipops, cereal, a pizza etc etc...
Greyskull are you doing any fitness stuff, or planning to? It was power walking wasn't it?

Jas I couldn't get that link to work yesterday, it kept opening the monday fly thread. So I'm going to do a search for the tin. We are walking to town after I pick up the LO so will see if we can find anything.

Shannara can you do my windows, that's my least favourite thing! How do you clean yours? I use water and a squeegee and it goes everywhere. Our windows get a lot of dust because there is a lot of building going on next to our flat.

Good morning!

Todays gone a bit tits up for me. We overlay, so dd has gone to playschool eating a cookie for breakfast and looking like shes been dragged through a hedge backwards. But at least my sinks clean!

Got to have a whip around, do the mission, was meant to be going on a run but the weather is ghastly, will hopefully do this when DH returns from work. I also have to do some work, have a treatment to write. But am feeling a bit demotivated today, could do with a rocket up my bum or perhaps just a red bull...

School walk just about done in the dry, went in happily again
rowing I use Sainsbury's anti-mist window cleaner, and window cleaner for the outside. PMS is a nightmare, if men got it they would have found a cure ages ago.
EV hope DD2 feels better soon.

Played with playdough with DS, first played with it yesterday with DD. Kept them quiet and not argueing for a suprisingly long time.

Shannara I like the sound of the anti mist cleaner, think I'll look out for that one. It's the outsides that get really bad. Can't wait until they finish the flat opposite, however, there is another warehouse conversion due to start next to us in the next 12 months, so it's just endless.
Minor sounds like your DD's ideal day really then, not having to have hair brushed or yucky sensible mummy food. I usually give the LO branflakes or fruit and fibre and he eats half before nursery and the other half when he gets in (in about 5 seconds). My mum brought round some frosties left from our holiday so he had them this morning - gone! Couldn't believe the speed. Munch! Back to branflakes tomorrow though.

Have now done washing up and kitchen including floor
have to do bathroom now then get LO again.
Can't really get going today, so a walk is probably the antidote.

Can you just put on wellies and go out any way. I decided at the beginning of the year, that if I didn't go out when it was raining, I would become housebound.

RB at your pms I suffered last week and realy struggled to get motivated, much better now though. (Chocolate usually helps)

Had to cancel the shed as it's just too big for the space. I measured it but...DH took great pleasure in informing me I'm sh*te at estimating/measuring He is such a patrician when he wants to be.

Took the cat to the vet, she was so good and I felt awful leaving her. She's 15 and has an unidentifiable hard lump behing her ear. And I never spotted it

Thanks for the rocket shannara should just get me back to playschool for LO. That is a great idea rowingboat next time I'm late, I could give LO a small box of cereal to munch on the way and milk in a feeder! Not that I'm going to be late again! tigger thank you, I don't feel as guilty now, I'm thinking at least it wasn't a greggs sausage roll!

This thread and you fly ladies are giving me so much inspiration! I would otherwise just be engrossed in other peoples lives on active convos and not thinking about my own!

Window cleaning. I mist with a spray of white vinegar and lemon juice and wipe it off. I also polish with crumpled newspaper. It works a treat

Have done most of my ironing just a couple of DP's work shirts to do later and that's it! I havent had no ironing since before DC's were born. Although once the washing if just taken out of w/m is dry I'll have another lot! Neverending...

Havent done much else on my afternoon list....made lunch for DS and DD but have yet to have any myself. Think I'll make myself a quick sandwich and watch loose women while DD is napping and DS is jigsawing (again!).

Rowing boat think I will do the finger painting later....feel a bit guilty at DS being stuck in.

Clean b/room

RB for you at PMS I get it really bad too (and bad headaches). I have to avoid alcohol (esp wine) and cut right back on coffee .

GO re shed. I hate it when things don't work out.
