Whole bottle of vinegar, leave overnight.

The next night, put down a whole bottle of coke and leave overnight.

Repeat with vinegar and coke again if needed.

Works a treat

it will EXplode!

Absolutely! Not together though.

Does rather make you wonder what Coke does to your insides

Toilet Duck with 100 limescale remover is great too.

When we moved into our house I tried all sorts to clean the upstairs toilet which wasn't 'dirty' a such but stained with discgusting coloured limescale at the bottom.

Nothing worked till I tried that, I swear by it now and even use it on the area around my taps on the sink if they become a bit scummy with limescale.

get the loo brush and force the water out then it will be more effective

domestos 100% worked a treat on my manky brown with years old limescale from previous tennant loo. leave as long as possible, i didn't even scrub with loo brush and it disappeared! was about £1.99 though which is a bit expensive imo

Another vote for Domestos 100% - the bright pink stuff in a black bottle.
