small hall is it best to use bathroom paint to make it easier to clean as it gets very grubby

would like tongue and groove but also want to move and dont want to spend loads of money on it

chocolate - a matt acrylic paint will be easy to clean with soap and water and on t&g it will be perfect.
it doesnt have to a "bathroom" paint

all manufacturers make hard wearing paints ofr areas that get alot of traffic (as in hands !)

I've just used B&Qs own brand emulsion on mine. It wipes clean really easily, and was mush cheaper than the Crown/Dulux etc.

i used the wipeable one from Crown and it worked great.

We have a Dulux Endurance paint on our hall walls and it is wipeable.
