Just that, really! How can I get rid of it please? It’s only ever had water in it but I can see the little black specks at the bottom and can’t reach them due to the narrow neck of the bottle... Thank you in advance x

Have you got a bottle brush? I have one with a foam bit at the end that cleans the bottom of bottles really well.

Half fill with Milton solution and shake really well, rinse, then leave in Milton.

It's a good idea to soak all water bottles like this in Milton occasionally to keep them clean.

Baking soda worked for my bottles and really hot water.

Yes, I use Milton too on anything like that: water bottles, flasks etc.

Use some rice in it and give a good shake along with soapy water

I struggled to find a long enough bottle brush with a narrow enough handle to get right down onto the bottom of the bottle. I now use the handle of a wooden spoon wrapped in a dishcloth with hot soapy water, and always try and ensure the bottle is completely dry inside before adding the lid. Hth
