I have a 15 minute wash and 15 minute spin if I use the time saver on the wash. TBH it doesn't often save that much time as the clothes really don't feel like they have been properly washed if that makes sense, and the constant short washed (dh looking at you), help increase the buildup of powder and conditioner in the machine that doesn't get washed through properly. Much prefer a longer wash I can stick on and forget about. Unless it's something which is desperately needed.

I LOVE my short wash, 25 minutes. Do a long hot wash once or twice a week for whites, the machine definitely benefits from it too.
But day to day the 15 minute wash for uniform / work clothes, absolutely game changing.

I love my old Beko, still going strong after 10 years. The shortest wash is 39 minutes which I'm ok with.

Apart from the occasional wool cycle, I don't use the long cycles at all. I just use the 30-40 min ones which are the shortest on my machine.
I don't see the point in choosing the longer ones. After say 10-15 mins of the soapy stage, I don't know how much cleaner it would get with say 60 mins of the soaping stage.
